UPBEAT Summer Course 2024

Experience 100% English themed lessons provided by an international school!

You will spend 5 hours from 9:30am - 15:00pm with an international teacher.
Even beginners with zero English experience are welcome.

Toddlers can join our preschool class and experience an international school lesson, regardless of their English experience. Primary schools students will be divided into classes according to their children's English experience.
In addition to the theme lessons, there are many field trips, special activities (details to be announced), Pool & Water Play (Kinder only) and much more!

For Kinder（3 to 5 years old）

*Attendees will be joining our Preschool Classes.
Place: UPBEAT Tempaku or Nagoya District Campus

For Elementary School（Elementary 1st – 6th Graders）

Attendees will be divided into Basic and Advanced classes.
※Basic→Beginners and Intermediates
※Advanced→Preschool Graduates and
Other Returning Students from overseas
◆Place:UPBEAT Elementary or Nagoya District Campus
◆Theme：Habitat

◆School Time：9:30～15:00（Arrival Time 9:00～9:30, Dismissal Time 15:00～15:15）
*An extra fee will be charged if the student is picked up after 15:15.

1st Week : 7/22(Mon)～7/26(Fri), 2nd Week :7/29(Mon)～8/2(Fri),3rd Week:8/26(Mon)～8/29(Thu)
 

◆Fee
Lesson Fee： 6,000yen(without tax)/day + Lunch Fee 500yen(without tax)/day
*The School Lunch will be served to children without allergies. Students with allergies kindly bring their own lunch.

Special Activity Day：500円(without tax) / day

Pool Day：1,000円(without tax) / day
*Pool lessons are only for Preschoolers.

Field Trip：500円(without tax) / day
 *Please bring lunch on Field Trip Day.

School Bus： 750円(税別) / 日
*If this is your first time using the bus, please contact us in advance to confirm the bus stop.
*Please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on the number of people who apply for the bus. Please understand this in advance.
*The bus schedule may differ from the usual schedule

～ For the attendee of Pool Day/Water Play ～
On the day, please bring the following items putting in one bag・swimwear
・rash guard（optional） ・1 Towel・1 Plastic bag for wet clothes and towel
＜Pool Day＞swimming hat　＜Water Play Day＞sandal/slippers
*Those participating in Pool Day will be required to submit a swimming ability certificate in advance.
*Details about Pool Day/Water Play will be sent to you by email after your application is confirmed.

- After applying through the form, a reply copy will be sent to the email address you entered, so please check it.
- A few days after the deadline, we will contact you by email to confirm your application or to let you know
if your application is pending.
　 - Once your application is confirmed, you will receive an email requesting payment.
Once we have confirmed your payment, the application process will be complete.
- We cannot accept any cancellations or changes after payment has been confirmed.
- Details information will be sent to you via email after your application is confirmed.
- Entrance to the course is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please apply early.
- The minimum students per class will be 3 per day. If there are less than 3 students, the class will be canceled
